Games Development activities are subdivided into four areas as follows:
1. Games Opportunities
To ensure that Players are provided with a regular programme of Games appropriate to their age and ability, e.g. Go Games and Super Touch Programmes.
2. Skill Development Initiatives
To compliment the Games with an incremental series of Skill Development activities – delivered in Clubs and Schools – to develop the player to their full potential, e.g. Primary Schools Coaching Programme, Cúl Camps.
3. Education Initiatives
To support the implementation of Games and Skill Development Projects with an integrated programme of Coach Administrator and Referee Education (CARE) within which provision is made for Applied Lifelong Learning (ALL), e.g. Implementation of the

Ensure the Games, Skill Development and Education initiatives are delivered in Club, School and Community settings by trained practitioners – predominantly volunteers – who work in collaboration with mainstream Officers and full time personnel within a joined up Basic Administration Structure
